Responsibilities

  • Email Management: Handle incoming emails from clients, partners, and potential collaborators regarding sponsored content opportunities. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, ensuring accurate and informative replies.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients in a friendly and approachable manner, building and maintaining strong relationships. Address any concerns or questions they may have and strive to exceed their expectations.
  • Content Scheduling: Collaborate with clients to schedule postings and coordinate with our content team to ensure smooth execution of content distribution.
  • Data Management: Maintain organized records of all communications, sponsored content agreements, and key details in a well-structured manner.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure that content postings are completed successfully and meet the clients' requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the email handling process to streamline communications, optimize internally processes, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of all sensitive information related to clients, partners, and the company.

Job requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. A friendly, courteous, and professional tone should be maintained in all interactions.
  • Prior Virtual Assistant Experience: Prior experience as a virtual assistant, email support, or customer service role is preferred.
