About Us:

We are recruiting for a U.S. based nurse staffing agency who is looking to identify, hire, and relocate Mexican nurses to the United States to work in hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare organizations. There is a committment to delivering exceptional patient care through a dedicated and diverse team of healthcare professionals. We are seeking experienced and compassionate nurses from Mexico to join the team in the United States.


Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and motivated nurses to provide high-quality care to our patients. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment in the United States for up to a three-year period or longer. Successful candidates will be involved in various aspects of patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate and patient-centered care across various units (e.g., medical-surgical, emergency, critical care, assisted living).

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care.

  • Adhere to all healthcare regulations, protocols, and safety standards.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Technical Level or University Level Nursing degree.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or other healthcare setting.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, must score a minimum of 84 on the TOEFL

  • Skills: Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job requirements

  • High level of English proficiency - Ability to score 84 on the TOEFL

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Minimum Technical Level Nursing Degree. University Level Nursing Degree preferred

  • Valid nursing license in Mexico and eligibility for U.S. licensure (NCLEX-RN) and certification preferred

  • 3+ Years of experience

  • Willing to relocate to the Unites States for a minimum of 3 years

  • Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

  • Adaptability to work in a new cultural and healthcare environment.

  • Preferred areas of experience: Medical-Surgical, Emergency Room, Intensive Care Unit, Operating Room
