Appliance Expert Representative Mx

We have a very unique appliance sales opportunity.  You will be working for a US-based company with the leading appliance sales in North America helping our customers to shop for the right appliance to fulfill their needs using online chat. We are looking for a real expert with some good experience in appliance and customer service/sales who possesses strong written English communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Help customers navigate the website so they can shop for the right appliance
• Guide the customers through online chats
• Provide clients with the right info about the appliances within the online store
• Specify all the features for each appliance so they can make the best choice
• Close the sale or generate a lead for them to walk into the store

• Appliance industry experience
• Customer service/sales experience
• Strong written communication
• Strong English
